Shiloh Shor Merlot was made solely with Merlot grapes. Aging in french oak barrels for 15 months adds complexity and elegance. The palate echoes raspberry, blueberry and richness in tannins which gives it a long pleasant finish. Aging will enhance its quality. Unfiltered.
