The Shiloh winery began operations in 2005 in a state-of-the art facility overlooking the breathtaking views of the Benjamin strip in Israel's Central Mountain region. The Shiloh Legend Adino is a boundary-breaking red blend comprised of varietals that thrive in the Mediterranean climate. This blend is comprised of Petite Sirah, (42%) Petit Verdot (39%) and Shiraz (19%). This creates a very nice, bright purple color. The wine displays aromas of ripe cherries and raspberries with notes of vanilla, caramel, cedar, and chocolate. The mid palate offers pepper, this wine is medium plus tannins and the acid is well balanced, leading to a nice long finish.
