Camellia is a wine with a story. It is named after Camellia Flam, one of the cornerstones of the Flam Winery made from 90% Chardonnay, 10% Sauvignon Blanc, it is full with white flowers such as chamomile and a hint of citrus. In the background we can notice the oak. The palate, we receive a balanced vitality followed by a complex and depth taste resulting from the yeast aging and the taste of the French oak.
