    • Camellia is a wine with a story. It is named after Camellia Flam, one of the cornerstones of the Flam Winery. Camellia is a blend of 74% Chardonnay and 26% Sauvignon Blanc, sourced from select vineyards in the valleys of Givat Yeshayahu. The narrow wadis provide excellent drainage and help maintain cooler temperatures during the growing season. The wine is aged for 8 months in French oak barrels, adding balance, texture, and subtle complexity.
